Rapid EMT Academy is a fully accredited training entity through the state of Missouri, providing training and education in pre-hospital emergency medicine.

Goals
Rapid EMT Academy needed a fresh new website redesign using their existing logo. They had a Facebook page but needed a website to attract students to their school, describe their programs, enrollment dates and prerequisites. They wanted to enable payment through their website and a contact form. They also wanted to share all the wonderful testimonials from prior students.
Branding
I went with a strong color palette and professional looking font choices to compliment both their logo and to represent emergency medicine. I designed a bold UI that conveyed a sense of urgency, trustworthiness, cleanliness, and competence.

Challenges & Solutions
I met with the client to learn more about the academy, their objectives and needs. I was given a tour of the academy, some of their learning materials, and marketing collateral.
At the time, they only had about three of their own photos that we could use for the website. Knowing how important imagery is on a website, I searched for stock photos that best represented the academy, were visually appealing, and had a similar look and feel.
After research, sketching and content strategy, I presented my initial concepts to the client. They were very excited with those and I proceeded with the process of designing, developing, collaborating and iterating.
Subtle animations were added throughout to enhance user engagement and create a more dynamic and visually appealing experience.
The final result
After much collaboration and pixel perfect customization of the design from mobile to desktop, we built a brand new beautiful and easy to navigate website that showcased their updated branding, and everything they envisioned for their online presence.
The website has been a major factor in the success of Rapid EMT Academy since its launch. Their classes have been at full capacity every term!
